Refund Policy

Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Downloads)

All sales of digital products are final. This is including ebooks, guides, and downloads. Due to the nature of digital content and instant access, we do not offer refunds once the materials have been delivered.

If you purchased a digital product in error or encounter technical issues preventing access, please contact support@jenniferbronja.com within 7 days. We'll do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

Online Courses 

Our courses are designed to support your journey. We want to ensure the course is a good fit for you. If you feel it is not meeting your needs, you may request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase. After 7 days, refunds will not be honored.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU/UK: If you request access to course materials immediately after purchase, you acknowledge you lose your legal right to a 14-day “cooling-off” and refund under EU/UK law once content is delivered.

Coaching Services & Programs

Refunds for coaching packages and group programs may be provided if you cancel prior to your first session. Once your first session has taken place, all payments are non-refundable. 

Unused sessions are non-refundable, and may be rescheduled within the program’s timeframe based on availability.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Subscriptions (Self-Care 12 Mastermind and Related Programs)

For month-to-month subscriptions, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

For annual subscriptions
, including discounted annual plans and bonuses, refunds are not offered once payment has been processed.

Exceptional Cases

Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Jennifer Bronja Coaching.
