What exactly is Self-Care 12?

Self-Care 12 is a year-long, guided journey designed as a sanctuary for women who give so much to others.

Each month, we gently explore a new theme—such as mindful boundaries, stress relief, or reclaiming your joy—through science-based mini courses, somatic rituals, and compassionate support.

Everything is at your pace—no pressure, no judgment.

How is this different from other memberships or self-care apps?

We focus on transformation, not information overload. Unlike static apps or generic memberships, Self-Care 12 is a holistic, evolving experience—a circle of support, monthly intentions, live guidance, and a real community to walk beside you. 

You’re not just checking boxes; you’re weaving self-care into your life in an embodied, lasting way.

I’m super busy—how much time does this really take?

Feel free to move at your own comfortable pace.

Each mini course takes about 10 minutes a day for 5 days each month.

All other resources—short guides, soothing audio practices, or gentle movement—are available on-demand, whenever you need them.

Join live or enjoy replays. No stress, only permission to meet yourself where you are.

What if I fall behind or get “off track”?

There's no such thing as "behind" here. The program is designed to meet you exactly where you are in your journey. 

Healing happens in the small, everyday steps—those tiny moments of self-compassion that gradually build into lasting transformation.

If you need to reconnect, our community support is there for you whenever you're ready, without judgment or pressure.

Do I need any experience before joining?

Not at all! Whether you’re brand new to self-care or a wellness warrior, everything you need is inside. All you need is a willing heart and curiosity.

Is there group/community support if I want it?

Absolutely. You're welcome to walk this path solo, and you also have the option to join our supportive women's circle.
